How do I sign up for Plant Perks?
When you provide a phone number at checkout you are automatically added. Your phone number becomes your Plant Perks Loyalty number.
How do I check my points balance?
On the bottom of your receipt, you will find your point balance. By opting into our SMS text messaging you will receive monthly updates of your point balance. You will also receive texts on special promotions and offers for Plant Perks members.
What are the rules for earning and redeeming points?
You earn 1 point for every dollar spent. You may redeem during our announced redemption periods each year.
For 2023 our redemption dates will be June 19th through July 2nd, July 24th through August 6th, and December 16th through December 31st.
Points earned may be redeemed at 3.5% times your total points towards your purchase total.
(ex: 100 points x 3.5% = $3.50 to apply towards your purchase)
Note: The following categories do not earn points, nor may you redeem your points for these: Café, Design, Education, Events and Landscape Service items. Points can be used to purchase Gift Cards.
Do my points expire?
Points expire at the end of the calendar year.
What if I don't have enough points to pay for my purchase?
If your ticket balance Is higher than your points balance, you may use any other payment type to complete your purchase.
If I return my purchase, what becomes of my points?
Returned items will deduct points from your total.
Items paid for with points may be exchanged subject to regular return policy.
I have made purchases here before, why don't I have a point balance for Plant Perks?
Please ask the cashier to look at your Customer type. Retail, Veterans, Powell Garden members all earn points. If you are listed as a corporate customer you do not earn points due to other discounts offered.
May I use my Plant Perks Points for online purchases?
Not at this time.
