Yoga In the Garden with Megan’s Yoga Tribe
We will start with a 45 minute yoga flow in a the courtyard or orchard surrounded by vibrant plants and trees. Then stay after class to sip on wine, eat chocolate, and enjoy community and connection.
What to expect from the yoga experience. This is an all levels class and no yoga experience is necessary to participate. Show up where you are at in your life and on your mat and flow and grow with us.
Gentle Mindful Flow: This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of this of this class allows you to enjoy each posture. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great.
