Farm to Table + Wine Pairing Dinner

Join us at our third Farm to Table Dinner as we celebrate Colonial grown produce paired with items from our favorite vendors across the region. The menu is planned completely around what is available locally and in season, then expertly paired with different wines from vendors around the region. The vineyards we choose all believe deeply in wine being made in the field rather than in the barrel. This same principle applies to our food. Soil first, and everything else follows. You will hear from resident food experts Adam Rockholt and Grace Ames as well as local wine aficionado, Stephen O’Brien of A. Bomoritto. Bring your friends for a relaxing evening as you learn more about how sustainability makes an impact on flavor. Then purchase your favorite bottle at a discounted “night of” price. Tickets are $99 with gratuity included.  
  • First course: Chardonnay
    Greens, raspberry vinaigrette, pickle green tomatoes, asiago croutons
  • Second course: Sparkling Rose
    Crispy Sweet Potatoes, walnut pumpkin goat cheese, black walnut whisky reduction
  • Third course: Cahors
    Chicken consommé, SkyView foam, tendrils
  • Fourth course: Chateau
    Chateaubriand au Poivre, pommes robuchon, bourbon honey glazed delicata squash
  • Fifth course: Riesling
    Baked brie or camembert style cheese, spiced and candy pecans, sour apple jam,
    Roasted garlic crostini
